You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Return Policy.
At CollegeFlair, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are priorities. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any problems. If, within 7 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) or an exchange of equal or less value. We cannot accept returns on personalized, final-sale, closeout, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Shipping Terms.
Our official shipping terms state that your order will be shipped between one and ten business days. While most orders received on normal business days before 2pm (central time) are shipped the same day; if for business reasons we cannot ship same day then we will ship your items as soon as business processes allow. Partial orders may be shipped if business needs warrant. We will proactively inform customers via email and via the packing slip sent in the partial shipment.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
